About the role

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

Pay

$23.35 per hour

Schedule

Location: Kimball, MI. Work days: Monday through Sunday depending on route. Shift: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM or until route is completed.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores; stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Ability to drive to various locations in different geographic areas
• May require working holidays
• Lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly over 10–12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Bending, reaching, and squatting (with or without accommodation)
