This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone with retail experience who wants to break into the exciting world of wine and spirits while gaining hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, operations, and customer relationship management. Territory: Boston Metro, MA. Frequent travel within your assigned territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail accounts throughout your territory to identify and execute merchandising opportunities
• Meet delivery trucks and assist with product unloads as needed
• Stock shelves and organize displays with M.S. Walker products
• Create attractive, attention-grabbing merchandise presentations that enhance the customer experience
• Install point-of-sale materials and promotional signage
• Build and assemble display features and promotional structures
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive brand visibility and sales growth
• Provide valuable feedback on inventory, sales trends, marketing initiatives, and customer insights
• Support additional merchandising projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and strong customer-service mindset
• Self-motivation, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Retail, merchandising, or visual display experience (preferred)
• Interest in or knowledge of wine and spirits (a plus, but not required)
• The ability to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 45 lbs
• High School Diploma or GED

$22 per hour
