About the role

As a Merchandiser at Swire Coca-Cola, you will ensure all customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards. You will maintain back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability to guarantee customer satisfaction while representing Swire Coca-Cola and developing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily using customer cleaning equipment
• Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily with labels facing outward
• Rotate products following a first-in, first-out stocking system to ensure product quality
• Build displays and promotional items according to supervisor and store management instructions
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas safely and accessibly
• Prepare credited product unfit for sale for return daily
• Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects and events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within assigned routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance (you are not responsible for transporting products)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs
