Merchandiser

About the role

The Merchandiser ensures products are displayed, stocked, and promoted effectively to maximize sales and maintain brand visibility in outlets. This role involves regular coordination with the Promo and Merchandising Supervisor, store personnel, and supervisors to ensure shelves are properly filled, promotional materials are implemented, and inventory levels are well-managed.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and replenish product displays according to company standards and planograms
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments to prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations
• Conduct regular inventory and process required reports to support sales and marketing strategies
• Coordinate with the Promo and Merchandising Supervisor and store supervisor for merchandising needs and promotional activities

Requirements

• At least a High School graduate
• Experience in Promo and Merchandising is an advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge
