Merchandiser

Retail Merchandiser (field-based) Responsible for supporting in-store retail operations by executing planograms and building/maintaining compliant product displays. Key duties Set up and maintain shelf and display layouts according to planograms and brand/retailer standardsStock, rotate, and organize merchandise to ensure freshness and proper presentationVerify pricing placement and ensure shelves are neat, aligned, and well-merchandisedMonitor inventory levels and condition of displaysReport in-store conditions and communicate with store staff to resolve merchandising issuesTrack merchandising tasks to support store performance and sales goals Qualifications & Skills Ability to follow detailed planograms and merchandising guidelinesStrong organization and attention to detailComfort working in retail environments and performing physical merchandising tasksGood communication skills for coordinating with store staffBasic inventory awareness and reporting capability
