Merchandiser

Full-time Merchandiser role covering Independence, Oelwein, Manchester, Waterloo, Cedar Falls, and surrounding areas. Immediate hiring for Keurig Dr Pepper brands including 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites.

About the Role

Merchandisers stock and display products on shelves and coolers at large retail accounts within an assigned territory. You will report directly to stores for scheduled shifts and may cover routes as needed. A personal vehicle is required for travel between stores, but you will not transport products—deliveries are made in advance. A company-issued phone with a programmed app will track work hours and mileage for reimbursement.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 scheduled shifts/days per week (weekends included)
• Start times vary between 5:00 AM–6:00 AM until work is complete
• Off days fall during the week
• Weekend and holiday work required as needed
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores
• Stock and display products on shelves and coolers
• Work independently while interacting with store personnel
• Maintain an active role, including lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle

Pay

• Starting pay: $21.07 per hour
• Rate increases to $22.13 per hour after 6 months
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.72 per mile (paid weekly)
