Merchandiser

About the role

Merchandisers provide high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include stocking and displaying products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts, reporting directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts, and covering routes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products on shelves and in coolers at assigned retail stores
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts
• Cover routes as assigned
• Use a company-issued phone with a programmed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle
• Proof of vehicle insurance

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 6:00 am until work is finished
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Pay

Starting at $23.07 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $24.32 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
