Merchandiser

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and coolers at large retail accounts within an assigned territory. You will report directly to stores for scheduled shifts and may cover additional routes as needed. A company-issued phone with a programmed app will be provided to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality merchandising support for brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, and Bai in retail stores.
• Stock and display products on shelves and in coolers.
• Travel among stores in your assigned territory using your personal vehicle (products are delivered in advance).
• Use a company-issued phone to clock in/out for shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a dependable, reliable vehicle.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Self-motivated, customer service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys working independently but also values interacting with people.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in your work.

Pay

Starting at $20.83 per hour. Rate increases to $21.84 per hour after the first 6 months.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 scheduled shifts per week.
• Shifts typically start at 7:00 AM and continue until work is finished.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
