Merchandiser

About the role

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying Keurig Dr Pepper brands (e.g., 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai) on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts within a set territory. They report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover additional routes as assigned.

Shift and schedule

• Full-time
• 5:00 am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

About you

We are looking for a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You thrive working independently on assigned tasks and enjoy interacting with people at work. You prefer to stay active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. Taking pride in your work and being detail-oriented are important qualities.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle
• Proof of vehicle insurance

Pay

• Starting pay: $22.18 per hour
• Rate increases to $23.34 per hour in the quarter after the 6-month anniversary
