Merchandiser

Part-time Merchandiser positions available immediately in Independence, Oelwein, Manchester, Waterloo, Cedar Falls, and surrounding areas.

About the Role

Merchandisers provide high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands (e.g., 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai) in retail stores within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include stocking and displaying products on shelves and in coolers. You will report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may cover additional routes as needed. A company-issued phone with a programmed app will track work hours and mileage for reimbursement.

Merchandisers use their personal vehicle to travel among stores but are not responsible for transporting products, as deliveries are made in advance.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and in coolers at retail stores.
• Travel among stores in your assigned territory using a personal vehicle.
• Clock in and out for shifts and track mileage using a company-provided app.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

We seek a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates enjoy working independently but also value interacting with others. You should take pride in your work, be detail-oriented, and prefer staying active, including lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products.

Schedule

• Start time: 5:00 or 6:00 AM until work is finished.
• 2 or 3 days per week, with either Saturday or Sunday mandatory (3 or 4-day work week).
• Up to 28 hours per week.

Pay

• Starting pay: $21.07 per hour.
• After 6 months: $22.13 per hour.
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.72 per mile, paid weekly.
