Merchandiser

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and coolers at large retail accounts within an assigned territory. You will report directly to stores for scheduled shifts and may cover additional routes as needed. A company-issued phone with a programmed app will track your time and mileage for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands (e.g., 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai) in retail stores
• Stock and display products on shelves and in coolers
• Travel among stores in your assigned territory using your personal vehicle (products are delivered in advance)
• Use a company-issued phone to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable and reliable personal vehicle
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Self-motivated and customer service-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys physical work, including lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of product
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in work

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Shifts start at 6:00 AM and continue until work is finished
• Days off: Tuesday and Sunday
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Pay

• Starting pay: $21.16 per hour
• After 6-month anniversary: $22.20 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement for up to 100 miles per week
