Merchandiser

Provide high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands (e.g., 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai) to retail stores within an assigned territory.

About the Role

Merchandisers stock and display products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts within a set territory. You will report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may cover additional routes as needed. A company-issued phone with a programmed app will be provided to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement. Use of a personal vehicle is required for travel among stores, but you will not transport products—deliveries are made in advance.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products in retail stores.
• Travel among stores in your assigned territory using a personal vehicle.
• Use a company-issued phone to clock in/out and track mileage.
• Work independently while interacting with store personnel.
• Lift, push, and pull cases of products throughout your shift.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 scheduled shifts per week.
• Weekdays: 5:30 AM until work is finished.
• Weekends: 4:00 AM until work is finished.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Pay

Starting pay: $19.31 per hour. Rate increases to $20.37 per hour after the quarter following a 6-month anniversary.
