Merchandiser

Merchandiser for Henderson and the surrounding areas, NV. Provide high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands (e.g., 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai) to retail stores within the assigned territory.

About the Role

Merchandisers stock and display products on shelves and coolers at large accounts within a set territory. You will report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may cover routes as needed. A company-issued phone with a programmed app will track clock-ins, clock-outs, and mileage for reimbursement. Use of a personal vehicle is required for travel among stores, but you are not responsible for transporting products (deliveries are made in advance).

Responsibilities

• Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products in retail stores.
• Travel among stores in the assigned territory using a personal vehicle.
• Use a company-issued phone to clock in/out and track mileage.
• Work independently while interacting with store personnel.
• Perform physically active tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a dependable, insured vehicle.

We seek a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy working independently, staying active, and take pride in detailed work. Weekend availability and flexibility for overtime are required.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 scheduled shifts per week.
• Shifts start at 4:00 AM and continue until work is finished.
• Weekends required; days off fall during the week.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Pay

Starting pay: $21.67 per hour. Rate increases to $22.81 per hour after the first quarter following a 6-month anniversary.
