Merchandiser

About the Role

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within the assigned territory. This includes stocking and displaying products on shelves/coolers at large accounts. Merchandisers report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may cover routes as needed. They use their personal vehicles to travel among stores but are not responsible for transporting products, which are delivered in advance. A company-issued phone is provided for clocking in/out and tracking mileage for reimbursement.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time, starting at 5:30am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• 2 consecutive days off (weekends required, days off during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

We seek a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working independently but also value interacting with others. Staying active and handling physical tasks like lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products is appealing to you. Being detail-oriented and taking pride in your work are important qualities.

Pay

• Starting at $21.95 per hour
• Increases to $23.07 per hour after 6 months
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.72 per mile, paid weekly

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver's license
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle
