Merchandiser

About the role

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts within an assigned territory. They report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover additional routes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products on shelves and in coolers at assigned retail locations.
• Travel between stores within the territory using a personal vehicle (product deliveries are handled separately).
• Use a company-issued phone with a programmed app to clock in/out for scheduled shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

We are looking for a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You thrive working independently on assigned tasks while also engaging with people at work. You prefer to stay active and are excited to spend most of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. Taking pride in your work and being detail-oriented are important to you.

Pay

Starting pay of $19.42 per hour, increasing to $20.49 per hour after the 6-month anniversary.
