Merchandiser

About the role

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts within a defined territory. They report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover additional routes as assigned.

Shift and schedule

• Full-time position
• 7:00 am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products on shelves and in coolers at assigned retail locations
• Clock in and out using a company-issued phone with a programmed app
• Track mileage via the app for reimbursement

About you

We are looking for a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You thrive working independently on assigned tasks while also engaging with people at work. You prefer to stay active and are excited to spend most of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. Taking pride in your work and being detail-oriented are important qualities.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle
• Proof of vehicle insurance

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $20.83 per hour
• Rate increases to $21.84 per hour in the quarter after the 6-month anniversary
• Mileage reimbursement up to 150 miles per week
