Merchandiser

About the role

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Use personal vehicle to travel among stores in territory; however, not responsible for transporting products.
• Company-issued phone with a programmed app for clocking in/out and tracking mileage for reimbursement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.

Qualifications

Self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Thrives working independently on assigned tasks and looks forward to interacting with people at work. Prefers staying active and excited to spend the majority of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products. Takes pride in work and being detailed-oriented.

Pay

Starting at $19.42 per hour. Moves to $20.49 per hour in the quarter after 6 month anniversary.

Schedule

Full-time, 6:30 am until work is finished, 5 scheduled shifts per week, weekends required (days off fall during the week), flexibility on schedule.
