Merchandiser

Merchandiser for Salina, KS and surrounding areas, responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

About the Role

Merchandisers stock and display products on shelves and coolers at large accounts within a set territory. They report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may cover routes as needed. Merchandisers use their personal vehicle to travel among stores but are not responsible for transporting products, which are delivered in advance. A company-issued phone with a programmed app will be provided to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products in retail stores.
• Travel among stores in the assigned territory using a personal vehicle.
• Use a company-provided app to track work hours and mileage.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a dependable, reliable vehicle.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.

Qualifications

You should be active, comfortable with physical tasks like lifting and pushing cases, and take pride in detailed, high-quality work.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 scheduled shifts per week.
• Shifts start at 6:00 AM and continue until work is finished.
• Weekends required; days off fall during the week.
• Flexible schedule.

Pay

Starting pay is $19.31 per hour, increasing to $20.37 per hour after the first 6 months.
