Merchandiser

About the role

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Use personal vehicle to travel among stores in territory; however, not responsible for transporting products. Products will be delivered in advance to stores.
• Receive a company-issued phone with a programmed app for clocking in/out and tracking mileage for reimbursement.

Schedule and Shifts

• Full-time
• 4:30 am until work is finished
• Weekends required
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

• Self-motivated and customer service-oriented
• Thrives working independently and interacting with people
• Active and enjoys spending most of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases
• Takes pride in work and is detail-oriented

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $21.95 per hour, increases to $23.07 per hour after 6 months

• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
