About the role
Our merchandisers are the heart and soul of Jacent, working on the front lines in more than 17,000 stores, placing products, building displays, and working with store personnel in their own community. Who We're Looking For
A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting, is comfortable in changing environments, and is able to meet the physical requirements of the role. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, is a strong communicator, and is able to build relationships with business partners. They must reside within 20 miles of GARDEN CITY, KS 67846 or DODGE CITY, KS.
The physical requirements of the role include standing and walking 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Cultivating relationships with in-store management
- Executing merchandising resets
- Building retail displays
- Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks
- Implementing plan-o-grams
