About the role
We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will deliver great service to our customers by ensuring shelves are stocked with products in the right quantities and displayed to optimize sales. Full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations and company objectives.
- Analyze sales and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan inventory stock.
- Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves to create visibility and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear-outs.
- Stock shelves, arrange and maintain product displays, and remove dated or damaged products.
- Build professional relationships with internal and external management.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have access to and be comfortable using a smart device.
- Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs on a regular basis and 50 lbs on occasion.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores per day.
Pay
Hourly pay range starts at $15 to $20 per hour based on experience, along with reimbursement allowances.
