Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage time effectively to cover daily demands and to follow the designated itinerary.
• Pull product from back stock and replenish cold shelves and displays.
• Rotate beer according to code dates.
• Identify and notify manager of out-of-code product.
• Communicate product that are out of stock to manager.
• Hang permanent POS and support LDF POS standards.
• Build merchandise displays and cross merchandise with related products.
• Organize backroom for ease in pulling product for shelf and staging to help driver on deliveries.

Qualifications

• Completion of necessary training program.
• Knowledge of types of displays and how to produce them.
• Knowledge of reading codes dates on products with an understanding of how to rotate products accordingly.
• Knowledge of POS zones and competence in choosing locations as well as an understanding and adherence to LDF POS standards.
• In-depth knowledge of company policies most specifically LDF Quality Program, procedures, and operations to also include applicable State laws governing handling of products containing alcohol.
• In-depth knowledge of every brand and package in LDF portfolio and distribution thereof.
• Grooming and hygiene consistent with maintaining good customer relations.
