Responsibilities
- Aid the sales team in maintaining positive relationships with retail customers.
- Perform merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territory.
- Ensure all company products are properly displayed.
- Complete stock rotations, shelf resets, and backroom duties as needed.
- Install point-of-sale materials as directed.
- Expedite product delivery as requested by the Glazer’s Beer and Beverage management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience.
- Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with beverage product sales or in hospitality industry.
- Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas, and government agencies as required.
- Demonstrated high level proficiency of oral and written communication skills.
- Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.
Physical Requirements
- The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment.
- The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8-12 hours).

Work Environment
This role requires regular, ongoing in-office presence. Employees are expected to work onsite, which includes non-company locations where we conduct business, the majority of the time to support collaboration, productivity, and business operations according to the schedule set by supervisors and/or branch management.
