Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities

• Aid the sales team in building positive relationships with retail customers.
• Carry out merchandising and restocking tasks within a designated territory.
• Ensure all company products are appropriately displayed.
• Perform stock rotations, shelf resets, and backroom duties as needed.
• Install point-of-sale materials as directed.
• Facilitate product delivery as requested by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beverage product sales or hospitality industry.
• Presentation and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

• The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• The ability to stand or walk throughout an entire shift (8-12 hours).
