Merchandiser

Certco, Inc. — 2024, 2025, & 2026 Top Workplace Award winner — is hiring a Merchandiser to support the Woodman’s store in North Aurora, Illinois.

About the role

As the face of Certco inside the store, you’ll keep our products stocked, organized, and looking great while delivering a great shopping experience every day.

Responsibilities

• Place and review restocking orders using handheld order-entry devices
• Keep shelves stocked and aisles clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Build and maintain eye-catching promotional displays
• Support store resets and new-item placement
• Act as the primary point of contact for Certco products at Woodman’s
• Provide excellent customer service and answer in-store questions
• Assist with annual food shows and maintain supplier relationships
• Lift up to 50 lbs and tear down general-merchandise pallets
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and excellent math skills
• Knowledge of grocery-store operations
• Skill in operating computers, calculators, fax machines, and order-entry units
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
• Ability to communicate courteously and professionally with customers, co-workers, and business contacts
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of energy and organization
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Safety Requirements: Comply with all safety rules and use required personal protective equipment (25–49%)

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, no weekends or holidays
• Flexible, consistent hours; choose your own schedule
