About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, maintaining high standards of quality, and contributing to the success of our products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and quality assurance principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experience with food handling and sanitation practices.

Skills

• Proficiency in using production equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
