About the role

Merchandiser_682000-Off-Premise Store Stkr. Ben E. Keith (BEK) Company seeks a motivated individual to join our team as a Merchandiser. We are seeking someone who can effectively manage product placement and promotion in off-premise retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Manage product placement and promotion in off-premise retail stores
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with store managers and other team members to achieve sales targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Assist in training new employees on product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in retail or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
