Responsibilities
- Service Excellence and Operational Optimization
- Collaborate with Delivery Driver, Account Manager, and DSM for inventory support and service to assigned Large Format accounts.
- Ensure inventory is optimized and accounts are order delivery-ready.
- Unload and move product repetitively, maintaining a clear and organized work area.
- Stock windows, cold boxes, coolers, hot shelves, and displays quickly and efficiently.
- Build customer relationships by being present in accounts and resolving issues.
- Communicate changes in the retail landscape to the Account Manager.
- Account Management Support and Relationship Building
- Provide feedback on inventory and help build customer relationships.
- Ensure accounts are inventory tracking and customer order ready.
- Collaborate with Account Manager on customer orders and display opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve account problems as needed.
- Mercandising Support
- Perform routine merchandising activities, stocking and rotating products.
- Ensure service levels and compliance rates are met or exceeded.
- Work with coaches and leadership to record and track out-of-stock items.
- Price products appropriately and maintain visibility.
- Keep backroom and inventory areas clean and organized.
- Document and report on work completed and communicate with relevant parties.
Requirements
- Current Valid Driver License
- Dependable vehicle with required insurance
- Basic math and writing skills
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Equivalent Certificate
- Previous distribution business experience or consumer product goods experience
- Previous beer industry experience
- Proven communication skills
Physical Requirements & Essential Functions
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Pulling/pushing loads up to 100 lbs
- Bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders and stairs, standing, walking, turning/pivoting frequently
- Working in noisy and crowded environments
- Driving may be required
- Using a personal computer for tasks such as email, data entry, and documentation
- Speaking, hearing, and seeing required for communication
- Performing job functions in compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety policies and best practices
- Maintaining a valid driver's license
- Maintaining regular and punctual attendance
