About the role
A&B Distributors is looking for a Merchandiser to ensure our products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and aligned with brand standards. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product displays, ensuring shelves, coolers, and floor placements are fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and manage inventory levels according to company standards.
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled.
- Execute planograms, promotional materials, and seasonal display programs.
- Partner with Account Managers to support sales goals and promotional activities.
- Develop strong working relationships with store personnel to ensure premium in-store execution and timely resolution of any issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in all accounts.
- Communicate inventory and merchandising needs to the appropriate team members.
- Safely operate company vehicle in accordance with company policy.
- Represent the company and its brands with professionalism, pride, and a focus on customer service.
- Early morning start times, weekends, and holidays may be required depending on account needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Prior merchandising or retail experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, and reaching.
- Ability to lift and move products up to 150 pounds.
- Climb, reach, and perform other physical movements necessary for the role.
- Wear steel-toed footwear.
- Work in varying environments, including refrigerated areas and outdoor conditions.

Schedule
