Locations: Waxhaw, Charlotte, Indian Trail

Pay

$194.00 - $195.00 daily, plus mileage reimbursement

Schedule

• 5am - 6am start time until completion of the route
• Must be able to work weekends
• 2 days off during the week (varies by store route)

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on display and shelves according to procedures and special programs
• Physically move product from the backroom and place it on display
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials on displays and shelves where permitted
• Rotate product and fill Fastlane merchandisers and vendors; check vendor operation
• Organize and maintain back room by stacking and arranging product, handling returns of empty pallets, shells, damaged, and out-of-date products
• Foster business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up, proactive pricing, and discussions on special programs or new opportunities

Requirements

• Effective communication skills (listening, speaking, writing)
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision
• Critical thinking skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license
• Excellent driving history
• Proof of insurance policy covering liability and property damage (minimum $50,000 per person, $100,000 per accident, $50,000 property damage, $500 or less deductible)
