About the role

Jacent is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Merchandisers. This role involves cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, merchandising impulse items, and implementing plan-o-grams. Employees will work in various locations across North America, with a focus on maximizing sales through strategic merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management
• Executing merchandising resets
• Building retail displays
• Mercandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks
• Implementing plan-o-grams

Requirements

• Self-starter and quick learner
• Comfortable in changing environments
• Able to meet physical requirements including standing and walking 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners
• Resides within 20 miles of Lahaina, HI

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including daytime shifts
• Must be available to work 7-9 hours per week
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
