Requirements
- Manage the flow of merchandise from receiving to the sales floor
- Unload, inspect, assemble, and tag incoming products accurately
- Maintain organized and efficient stockrooms
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring displays are clean, functional, and properly presented
- Absorb and restock merchandise
- Aid in major sales events
- Load customer purchases safely and professionally during pickup
- Follow inventory control and merchandise protection standards
- Uphold company core values in all interactions
Qualifications
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Environment
- Hands-on retail role requiring extended time on your feet
- Moving and handling merchandise
- Use of equipment such as handcarts
- Follow safe lifting practices daily
