Merchandise Support Associate

Requirements

• Manage the flow of merchandise from receiving to the sales floor
• Unload, inspect, assemble, and tag incoming products accurately
• Maintain organized and efficient stockrooms
• Support visual merchandising by ensuring displays are clean, functional, and properly presented
• Absorb and restock merchandise
• Assist with major sales events
• Load customer purchases safely and professionally during pickup
• Follow inventory control and merchandise protection standards
• Hold company core values in all interactions

Qualifications

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Environment

• Hands-on retail role requiring extended time on your feet
• Moving and handling merchandise
• Use of equipment such as handcarts
• Follow safe lifting practices daily
