Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of Purchase Orders (PO) through the PO RPA process.
- Troubleshoot and review errors to ensure accuracy of POs created.
- Manual creation will be necessary at times in conjunction with the PO RPA process in peak volume periods.
- Support the merchant team by troubleshooting SKU publishing issues between Common Product, Mainframe, and PeopleSoft systems to enable timely PO creation.
- Assist merchant team with PO discrepancies from vendors relating to shortages, overages, and pricing.
- Take appropriate steps to bring any open PO suspense issues to a resolution in a timely manner.
- Assist merchant and logistics team with the movement of PO attributes including dates, priority codes, and warehouse location.
- Use KPIs to monitor workload creation and balance between all team members to ensure work is created timely to avoid missing vendor PO deadlines.
