Merchandise Seller

Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with in-house and touring production personnel to coordinate merchandise.
• Work independently, but with direction from production and operations personnel.
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and make change for in-house purchases.
• Be ready to jump at a moment’s notice to ensure the best experience for touring artists and talent.
• Possess a friendly and outgoing personality representing both The Vogue brand and touring artists’ brands.
• Count inventory of merch from a band and count out inventory at the end of the night.
• Be available from 1.5-2 hours before doors until after load out at the end of the night on show days (this time range could be 8+ hours).
• Set up tables and display racks to showcase touring merchandise in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
• Absorb any leftover merch at the end of the show night and assist in repacking.
• Assist touring merchandise personnel with facilitating VIP meet and greets.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must remain sober for the duration of all shifts at the venue.
• Must own a working cell phone.
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a friendly personality.
• Must have basic math skills and experience with handling cash.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience working in a live music venue is a plus.
