Merchandise Seller - Arizona Financial Theater

About the role

US Concerts is seeking a Venue Merchandise Seller. This role involves selling artist merchandise to fans, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, posters, and other items from the tour. Key responsibilities include:

• Selling merchandise to fans
• Preparing the stand display before the event
• Closing out the stand after the event, including a final count of remaining merchandise
• Ensuring an excellent customer service experience
• Maintaining accurate cash handling and proper transaction processing
• Participating in the venue's sustainability program

Responsibilities

As a Venue Merchandise Seller, you will:

• Sell merchandise to fans
• Answer questions from guests regarding the venue and merchandise
• Ensure prompt and thorough customer service
• Work in a fast-paced, often loud environment
• Prepare the stand display before the event
• Count merchandise before and after the event
• Aid fans with their purchases
• Participate in the venue's sustainability initiatives

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Be able to work up to 12 hours per shift
• Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Have reliable transportation
• Have strong communication skills
• Have prior relevant experience (a plus)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a reliable vehicle
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
