Additional Compensation
Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation may also be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview
Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend most of their time in the backroom. Must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. May require operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.
