Essential Job Functions Support the purpose and core values of Atlanta Athletic Club through daily actions and member-focused serviceCommunicate with Members regarding the status and arrival of special-order merchandiseReceive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise daily, ensuring products are sales-floor ready in a timely mannerPrepare, package, and ship outgoing merchandise accurately and efficientlyAssist with inventory management and control to maintain accurate merchandise records and stock levelsEnter purchase orders, merchandise receipts, and other inventory-related transactions into the inventory management systemPrice, tag, and prepare merchandise for display and sale in accordance with Club standardsProcess special-order requests by preparing order documentation and coordinating pricing with the Director of RetailProcess merchandise returns, including documentation, packaging, and shipment to manufacturers for creditMaintain a clean, organized, and secure stockroom and storage areaAssist with monthly physical inventory counts and reconciliation activities as directedPerform additional duties and special projects assigned by manager Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Maintain a working knowledge of golf merchandise, equipment, and apparel to ensure accurate receiving, inventory management, and product organizationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordPossess a positive attitude and be ready to collaborate effectively with othersStrong organization, communication, and problem-solving skillsMust be able to stand, bend, and reach for up to 4-6 hoursDemonstrate a willingness to grow in all areas of the Golf Merchandise/Pro Shop operations Benefits: Paid time off (PTO)401k enrollment on first day of employment if qualified401k employer contribution (4%) after one year if qualifiedHoliday pay at 1.5 times regular rate on Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, and ThanksgivingComplimentary meals are provided in our team member dining room while on dutyTeam member appreciation and recognition events Atlanta Athletic Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
