About the role

The Merchandise Processing Associate position at Savers / Value Village is responsible for processing donations received at our stores. This includes sorting, cleaning, and preparing items for resale.

Responsibilities

• Sort, clean, and prepare donated items for resale
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain store operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in retail or related field preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
