The Merchandise Processing Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and organize donated items
• Purchase items directly from nonprofit partners
• Ensure items are ready for sale in stores
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback
• Support team members with training and guidance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Experience in retail or related field preferred
