Responsibilities
- Process donations and merchandise to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Organize and stock merchandise in preparation for sales
- Communicate effectively with donors, customers, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or related field preferred
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Understanding of customer service principles
