About the role

Responsibilities
- Process donations and merchandise received from customers and donors
- Sort, clean, and prepare donated items for resale
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with customers, donors, and other team members
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay
The starting pay ranges from $17.15 to $22.60 depending on job duty/position.
