About the role

The Merchandise Processing Associate plays a crucial role in Savers / Value Village's mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. This position involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and organize donated items for resale
• Handle and process returned merchandise
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and customer service orientation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or related field preferred

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.81 depending on job duty/position.
