About the role
The Merchandise Processing Associate plays a crucial role in our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. This position involves processing donations received at our thrift stores, ensuring they are sorted, cleaned, and prepared for resale.
Responsibilities
- Sort, clean, and prepare donations for resale
- Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies
- Assist in maintaining store appearance and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
