About the role

The Merchandise Processing Associate position at Savers / Value Village is responsible for processing donations received at the store. This includes sorting, cleaning, and preparing items for resale. The role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Sort, clean, and prepare donated items for resale
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in retail or related field preferred
