Responsibilities

• Process donations and merchandise received from customers and donors
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
• Organize and stock merchandise for sale
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met in storage areas
• Communicate effectively with customers, donors, and other team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $18.45 per hour, depending on job duty/position.
