About the role
The Merchandise Processing Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Process donations of gently-used clothing, accessories, and household goods
- Sort, clean, and prepare items for resale
- Ensure all items meet quality standards
- Communicate effectively with donors and other team members
- Support the overall operations of the store
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
