About the role

The Merchandise Processing Associate position at Savers / Value Village is responsible for processing donations received at the store. This includes sorting, pricing, and preparing items for sale. The role also involves interacting with customers and donors to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Sort, price, and prepare donated items for sale
• Interact with customers and donors to provide exceptional service
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
