The Merchandise Processing Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that our stores are stocked with high-quality, unique items. This position involves sorting, grading, and processing donations received from the community.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize donations based on category and condition
• Grade items according to quality standards
• Handle and process returned items
• Assist in maintaining store appearance and cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with donors and other team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills
