Responsibilities
- Process donations and merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Prepare and organize merchandise for sale
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage areas
- Communicate effectively with donors, customers, and other team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
